At GFOGAMING, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 30 days of receiving your product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange for any reason.

How do I return?
- Enter your email address, order number, and other details in the fields above and click submit.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the return request is approved.
- If your request is approved, our customer service will reply with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the Return Mailing Label (RML) via email.
- Please print the Return Mailing Label (RML) and waiting for USPS to pick up the parcel.
- Once we receive the returned item(s), our customer service will process the refund within 7-10 working days.
- In certain cases, depending on the defect, we may ask you to keep the product and we will ship a new one to you for free or provide a refund without requiring the product to be shipped back to us.

GFOGAMING offers a non-transferable, one-year replacement warranty based on the date of purchase, please offer your order number or the email used to place the order, we will replace the product at no charge.
What items are returnable?
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your product.
Please note that we do not provide free return shipping for items that do not have a manufacturing defect. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
