GFOGAMING offers a one-year replacement warranty for all products purchased from our website. If your product needs to be covered under our warranty, please contact us with the following information:

• Your order number or the email used to place the order
• A brief description of the issue

To help us better understand the problem, you may include a video demonstrating the issue to [email protected].

Terms of the Warranty:

• The warranty is non-transferable and starts from the order date.
• The warranty covers defects on controller and battery.
• If a defect is found, we will replace the product at no charge.

If your product is no longer available, a comparable product may be substituted at our discretion. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers are not covered under this warranty.
